Pop superstar Miley Cyrus was photographed browsing the selection of baby clothes and accessories at the popular children’s boutique Hankie Babies in Studio City, California on June 23, 2023.
The 30-year-old singer, who is currently expecting her first child with husband Liam Hemsworth, was all smiles as she perused the store’s shelves filled with an assortment of high-end infant and toddler items.
Dressed casually in a oversized t-shirt, ripped jeans, and a floppy hat, Cyrus appeared to be in a relaxed mood as she carefully examined onesies, blankets, and plush toys, no doubt searching for the perfect items to add to her growing nursery.
“Miley seemed really excited and engaged as she shopped,” said Hankie Babies employee Sarah Goldstein. “She took her time looking at everything and even asked our staff for recommendations on some of the must-have products for new parents.”
According to eyewitnesses, the “Wrecking Ball” singer spent nearly an hour browsing the store, expertly navigating the aisles filled with an array of designer baby brands like Burberry, Gucci, and Dolce Gabbana.
“It was really sweet to see her so invested in finding the best things for her baby,” gushed one fellow shopper. “She definitely has excellent taste – everything she picked out was absolutely adorable.”
In addition to stocking up on clothing, Cyrus was also spotted carefully examining various nursery decor items, including plush rugs, throw pillows, and wall art.
“She seemed to really have an eye for design,” noted Goldstein. “Miley spent a lot of time discussing color schemes and themes with our staff, so I have no doubt her nursery is going to be absolutely stunning.”
Though the singer tried to maintain a low profile during her shopping trip, eager fans quickly recognized the star, prompting several excited selfie requests which Cyrus graciously obliged.
“I still can’t believe I got to meet Miley Cyrus in person,” gushed one starstruck shopper. “She was so sweet and down-to-earth – it was an experience I’ll never forget.”
As Cyrus exited the store, arms laden with bags filled with her purchases, the paparazzi quickly descended, eager to capture any glimpse of the singer’s growing baby bump.
However, ever the consummate professional, Cyrus calmly made her way to her waiting SUV, flashing a warm smile and a peace sign to the gathered crowd before speeding off into the Los Angeles afternoon.
“Miley was an absolute delight to have in the store,” raved Goldstein. “She’s clearly so excited to become a mom, and I have no doubt she’s going to be an incredible parent.”
